-hand made by Arthur Hensel in the 1930's in Toronto, ON for the RS Williams Company
-Adirondack spruce top with x Bracing and scalloped tone bars
-mahogany back and sides
-12 fret mahogany neck with bound Brazilian rosewood fingerboard
-original 1 13/16" nut made of a dark resin like material
-carved slotted headstock with original tuners
-original Brazilian rosewood bridge has never be removed, however the saddle had to be re-located for proper intonation - new bone saddle
-newer, self adhesive "Fire Stripe" pick guard installed - original white plastic pick guard which was held in place by 3 screws is included
-this guitar has survived all these years with no repaired bracing, original bridge plate in nice shape - a neck reset was just done and now it has excellent action and perfect intonation - there is a 3" repaired side crack near the heel that is tightly closed and stable, not very noticeable
-the sound is fantastic
-these are one of the best kept secrets in the vintage guitar world
